"We love this hotel but this time my husband had numerous occasions of rude staff including a bartender who couldn't be bothered, trying to get a couple coffee's in the morning and no one is helpful even another guest complaining she waited 10 minutes for help. The dront desk tells tou to text or call a number for any help but when we did they just told us to call the restaurant directly. Honestly customer service was much better when it was Embassy Suites. Not too mention you had evening happy...

"The beds have the right amount of firmness and softness that is comfortable to the back. They have extra pillows, a ref, a coffee maker and a microwave in the room. There are chairs in the balcony too. The bath essentials smells good. Our room is in the 2nd floor and the roof is what we see from our balcony if only they put turf on if it is not a fire hazard would have been nice."

"We had a balcony room on the second floor. Next time I’ll stay on the third to feel a little safer about keeping the slider open while we sleep. Incredible sunset views and chill beach vibes. A little dated with the wallpaper and carpet, but got a kick out of the wardrobe. There was no hot water the two nights we stayed, but overall enjoyed this location."
