"The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. Very clean with housekeeping meeting our every need. The staff at the Front Desk cannot do enough for you, they are AMAZING, and feel like family. The staff in the breakfast room provide the best breakfast anywhere, and their attention to detail is exceptional. This is my favorite hotel ANYWHERE!!!!!! I can't wait to go back each year. "Room and hotel were very clean. The hotel in general was beautiful. There was some paint peeking in the wall by the elevator and at the bottom of the bathroom door frame. The towel heating rack didn't work. Otherwise, we were very happy with the room. We loved the view of the canal. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here. "

"We had wonderful 3 days of staying at this hotel. Knowledgeable staff and friendly. Nice and safe location to stay with kids. Breakfast each morning was average: good coffee, hot and cold meats cheese, scrambled eggs was okey, Sweets and morning cereal. 3 - 5 minutes away from mostly Museums. Nice restaurants all around and little gift shops. Next time we will stay at this hotel, I won't be looking for anything else. "
