Sari Villa Ubud

3.5 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (90)
"The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the pool too and all the convenience around. Unfortunately the room never felt clean, they gave you one roll of toilet paper at a time and there were a variety of living creatures in my room from mice to lizards, ants and I believe the mattress had either fleas or bed bugs. I got bit so many time. "

"The hotel location is not easily visible from the street and one has to look out for the signage. It provides complimentary shuttle to and from Ubud Centre. It also runs the adjacent Japanese restaurant which serves breakfast to hotel guests in the morning. Food from the restaurant is good. One can also find a lot of dining options along the same stretch of road. We are impressed with the excellent services by the hotel staff who were very helpful and responded swiftly to our requests. Puri Padma Hotel

3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (54)
"The room was very small and suffocated with not adequate airflow. The actual property did not look like the picture at all. This is a false advertising and it is a shame that hotels.com allow this. Very outdated place. The room smelled unfresh and was not cool even with aircon. The price in hotels.com was actually way higher and no refund."

"Very nice property. Friendly staff. We rented the downstairs single bedroom villa that had an outdoor kitchen area and pool. The upstairs was a two bedroom villa that I am assuming would use the same pool as us. No one had regrets it so we had the whole thing to ourselves. The villa is surrounded by a tall wall and locking gate. Very secure and pretty quiet."
