"ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day. They provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste a bath robe, slippers and extra blankets and a complimentary beverage. "This is a clean, safe hotel. Service is friendly. It is a standard hotel, with wifi. The bed is quite hard, which is typical in most standard European hotels. There are nice big windows that you can open to let fresh air in. If you prefer air conditioning, you should ask them to show you how it works when you arrive. "We went on a Saturday when the springs were open until midnight. Magical to be out in the springs under the stars. Service overall was great. The dinner meal service was slow but the food was good. Two of us had massages that were ok, not exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel. We had a great experience there. "
