"Very convenience inside the terminal 2 at the airport, many shops for souvenirs and restaurants. Breakfast buffet have many selections, include cold matcha and matcha latte. Rooms are good size, nice and clean all around including showers and bathtubs in one room with amenities. They have big waiting area with coffee and cold water but no tea. Will stay again and the room price was reasonable from now. "

The property is located conventiently next to Hisayaodori station, with the station entrance on the corner of the block. Front desk staff speak english, making check in easy. I booked a double room non smoking with rainhead shower. The room itself is very spacious by Japan standards, with a great open layout that can easily accomodate 2 people. "Very delighted to be served by the chinese speaking Miss Li. Thanks for your assistance in our check-in. The location is actually convenient for as is in the heart of the main shopping belt of Nagoya. Is between 2 subways station that is going to different part of Nagoya, making it an ideal place for tourist. If there is one thing I am disappointed is that it only give us one time complimentary wine for our few days stay. That perhaps can be revised to one complimentary wine for every night...

"The location is fantastic nearby dining options aplenty and probably Nagoya's best MEGA donki just opposite the entrance. On top of that it has an amazing buffet breakfast, and natural onsen. However it is a bit dated, so rooms are a bit old, so is the elevator and having a physical key is kinda worrisome."
