"Newly renovated. Room was nicely done. However the bathroom workmanship (tile work, door frame joints are horrible comparing the quality material used. Someone inexperienced messed it up) is poor compared to rest of the property. I am giving 4 for smelly, unclean bathroom. They probably didn’t clean the toilet for months. Smudge throughout the room. "Awesome! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly staff with a complimentary soft drink that quenched the thirst. Clean and Spacious rooms. From the room we viewed the Arunachala hill. Convenient in all aspects. Complimentary breakfast at A2B. It’s a wonderful experience. Stayed only one night. Definitely I prefer to book the same hotel next time. "

"The rooms are not properly maintained. Linen was supposed to white but it looked dark, dirty and was not properly laundered. Staff are not motivated to work . The phone was not working and fan could only run full speed. Service was poor. The bathroom was sub standard, heater switch was beyond reach . Except for the fact the hotel was near the temple the hotel was s total disappointment . . Was glad that I had only booked for 2 days and was glad to check out"
