"Todo muy bien, excelente trato, limpio y a buen precio, el restaurante muy bueno, solo dos cosas, 1, la puerta no tiene seguro fisico interior, cualquier con llave entra a la habitacion estando tu dentro y la puerta no tiene mirilla y 2, te salen con que los sabados no puedes pagar con tarjeta "porque ese dia pagan empleados" y te cobran mas iva la comida, de no ser por eso, experiencia de 10, empleados amables."

"This is a Mexican jewel. A beautiful place to stay, rest, dine and enjoy the hotel activities. Make sure to visit the water fall and the night “Mitos y Legendas” adventure. The food and drinks are also delicious to enjoy."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times, even though is no fully accessible because it has small steps in the entrances to the main buildings, we have enjoyed it. It has a nice restaurant onsite and the food is tasty. Staff has been courteous and friendly, with a couple of exceptions. During our last visit we had some issues with the toilet seat, it was broken, we only stayed one night, so we did not bothered to tell the reception. "

"Beautiful full service hotel and restaurant in the hear of town. Restaurant is amazing, room bedding and facilities are good, breakfast if fantastic, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. "

"It is well decorated. We had minor issues such as the weather was so cold at night and there’s no heater. Also, the door’s lock and one window next to main door did not lock ( ROOM 22). We felt safe so we didn’t make a big deal about. "

"This property is great for people that would love to explore -hiking, walking, and a couple of sightseeings nearby. The hotel does not have a heater and the area has very cold temperatures. Also, no television or hair dryer in the rooms. The area is very isolated, so there’s not much to do once the sun goes down, Also, it is far from hospitals and civilization, so one must bring medications, warm clothes, food, water, so, not recommended for people with complex medical needs. Staff is friendly...
