"Extremely small room, with a desk of strange form (seems taken from another place) that has no connection to the room. If someone is sitting at the desk, he must get up for another person to pass. Definitely not a room for two. No fridge, TV that takes half of desk space, so I had to sit on the right side where the desk almost meets the bed with less than one foot distance. "I came in December, which is their low season, so I was basically one of the very few people staying at the hotel. The receptionist was only around for the check-in. The cleaning staff only showed up once. The rest of the time, they expect you to call if you need help, which is not realistic for foreign travellers, especially if you are not fluent in French or Italian. The building is locked, so basic safety is not an issue. However, when the internet went out, I had no way to contact anyone...
