"An old building with a modern twist. Located within the heart of Alor Setar Chinatown, it has lots of dinning places and within a short walk to the city centre. The only downside(for us) is the loud live band music from the pub nearby(Terrace 48) which will go on till 12-12.30am :) "

"I have no idea how this place had a Fabulous rating. The walls of the room were dirty, bad wifi connection, pool is not usable as it's always packed with local kids. The only positive thing was that the staff were helpful. I'd definitely spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere nicer."
