"Do not stay here. Absolute ripoff. Their rate was three times the rate of much better hotels. Small rooms with no fans or AC. No hot water. Noisy street all night long. Small desk area for working. Try to cancel and get a refund but they just ignore all communication. Very bad customer support all around."

"The peopeety is new So the rooms are very clean However, there are some basic rhings they need to make sure they prepare. Rooms have no floor rugs, Do not Disturb signs and the shower curtains in.the bathroom are too short, which makes the bathroom wet. Tje building needs to jave exit signs installed for safety. Overall i was happy with the place. There was no noise and the staff were vwey pleasant"

"The Manager Liz was brilliant. Sammy a member of their staff was simply great. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food variety is basic but cooked well and hygienic. We had a great time and they really looked after us. We can only say a big thank you and we look forward to staying with you again."
