"Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. "This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. "A decent hotel & great choice in Holbaek. It can get noisy if there is a function & there’s no soundproofing between floors- so ask for the top floor. A bit light on breakfast choices especially if you’re a vegan & they do allow smoking in the courtyard which does drift into the rooms. But overall a good choice."

Had some trouble finding it in the dark and were worried about missing check-in time (our fault for not having read the instructions carefully enough) but managed in the end. "Great reviews so booked at short notice, wish we hadn’t. The room was spacious but had a number of annoying or safety issues. First of all the blinds didnt go all the way down leaving bright sunlight streaming directly onto the bed. The bathroom was awful after a shower, just like a skating rink. "Musholm Bugt Feriecenter had double booked, which meant they did not have a room for us when we arrived. They had sent us an email late in the afternoon telling us about the situation, which we had not seen upon arrival. In the email, which we only read later, Musholm took responsibility for the double booking, but when we talked to them they blamed it on hotels.com (which was not true).
