"2nd year returning to Parkroyal Collection KL. As always, a great stay and very convenient to access Bt Bintang and Pavilion Mall although traffic can be challenging at peak times due to centrality. Breakfast is great! Property was recently refurbished and very popular so some signs of wear is starting to show. Dampness from AC is evident when it is humid."

"Our stay at Hilton in Kuala Lumpur was enjoyable for many reasons. First of all, our room had an amazing view to the botanical garden, where we enjoyed our morning walks. "Liked and old ambiance of historic hotel, breakfast and friendly staff. Didn't like..... Only one trash can in the entire room. Ordered coffee and fries in room.......came very cold. After complaining a hot plate of fries was delivered. Coffee maker was old ...... it was a challenge get it to brew. Bathroom and in-room tub design was pretty bad. Concierge had very little knowledge of local events or happenings."
