"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"The property was extremely tired and run down and did not reflect how it was advertised on the Expedia website. We paid extra for a spa bath which when we turned it on, filled the room with the smell of sewage- we obviously therefore did not use it! Our room smelled damp and there was evidence of mould on the ceiling in our room and in communual areas. The furniture was battered and broken and the shower rusty."

The place itself is small but nice, the area is beautiful and safe, you can walk to the beach, awesome pools, one on the roof next to a sauna, and a huge one on the ground floor, breakfast is included and adequate. "When I arrived and was shown to my room, it did not match the room that was shown on the Hotels website. They graciously moved us to a larger room. Room had many bugs as well as in the pool area. They truly need to exterminate the area. Our air conditioner did not work with the remote control. I called and had someone come and look at it. It worked one time and then not again. Could not turn it on/off, change setting or anything...I had to unplug the unit when the room was too cold. Bed...
