"Room had no* windows and this wasn’t advertised. While technically there was a full height window looking into the internal courtyard. This had a blind you needed to keep permanently closed - as anyone going up and down the stairs can see directly into all of the room. The breakfast option was either sweet or toast with cheese and ham. As a vegetarian, when I asked for ham to not be added they needed to check there would not be a charge for this. And it was removed from my partner breakfast too...
