"This brilliant hotel rescued me when I was stranded in Reims when the last TGV out of town was cancelled. The staff were utterly brilliant in looking after me. I wasn’t prepared for an overnight stay and they provided all the toiletries that I needed. And an iPhone charger. Because it was late, the bar was no longer serving food, so one of the receptionists helped me find some dinner from the kitchen. All through, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. Good parking area with added benefit that our 2no dogs were allowed to stay at the hotel for a small extra charge. Handily placed for the motorway but bathroom needs updating.
