"Great location for access to everything we wanted to do. The availability of a kitchenette was so good, as it gave loads of flexibility. Room was a spacious, but a little too warm, and the aircon didnt work. My room was facing the courtyard garden, so was much quieter than the front, so was able to have the window open all night. The garden needs some TLC, and rubbish and ashtrays there not emptied on a daily basis. Not a big fan of the plastic grass, either, which looked dirty, and is...

"A warm welcome and able to access room early which was brilliant as we were very tired and it was very wet weather. "Ideal for a stay of up to a week, this hotel does what it says on the tin. Decent rooms cleaned every day. A cold breakfast buffet with enough variety to keep you interested. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Toulouse and all the cafés, bars and restaurants. I understand there is underground parking, and public transport is very close. Also a cheap Uber or Bolt run to the airport if required. Recommended."

"Photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading, room I got was very old and tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I asked at reception and was told none available for the room. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the room being nothing like the photos. Just old and run down and lacking facilities. Plus the Wi-Fi did not work for my entire two day stay. I’m assuming some rooms have been renovated but I got given an un renovated room...

"The hotel itself is beginning to look a little dated compared to othe ibises, but it was clean and tidy and had the usual ibis comfort, however what it lacked in modernness it more than made up for by it’s amazing staff , a special mention has to go the young man who greeted me on my very late arrival was so friendly, polite and welcoming , but all the other staff were equally as nice . They are a credit to the ibis name "
