Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, hot water, good breakfast choices. I would not bother with a balcony unless travelling in the summer, the view is limited. "The location was great. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. Clean. The receptionist is very helpful. Two things that lowered my rating. First, one pillow is not enough. I have neck issues when my head is so low when lying. I know i could have requested for one but i wish they provided that without being requested. I'm used to hotels having stardard two pillows. Second i hope they would automatically include breakfast without you having to pay extra."
