"We only stayed for one night and the main reason I've booked it was to be close to the railway station. Ones you used a number of escalators to reach the station exit the hotel iz just a couple of min away. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the ladies working in the breakfast room were amazing. Breakfast was good. "The hotel is in a great location easily walkable to the Duomo and museums as well as a bus stop (Stuffa Secca) that takes you to / from the Siena train station (although be warned, it's a short but steep climb up the hill from the stop to the hotel). The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is generous and varied. The lobby is beautifully decorated. My room was spacious. When I come back to Siena, I'll try to stay here,"

"We really enjoyed our time at Vittoria Design Hotel. Paula was a wonderfully accommodating host. Her son was wonderful as well. They Always met our needs and helped us with anything we needed. "This hotel was fine for what we needed it for: a place to crash overnight before getting a train to Florence. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom well equipped. Staff could have been more pleasant, there were almost no dining options we could access without a car, and the breakfast was below average compared to what we had at other hotels in Italy."

"Loved this hotel. Very peaceful considering it is on a main road. Staff are lovely. Very friendly and efficient. Always offer assistance. Both the public area and the room were spotless.
