"I stayed my family for the weekend and just loved this place. The stay was great. Breakfast was amazing. We took a pool facing room, which was one of the good things we did. Overall Great place. However, the restaurant in the hotel which serves food to the room is not up to the mark. When asked room service for room, and he packed it up and brought is in takeway style and the food was clearly not up the mark. "

"Nice & cozy place to stay in and hotel staff were helpful"

"A very pleasant 2 day stay at the hotel. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. I used the gym and swimming facilities and both were good. I used the hotel for breakfast and for evening meals and both were very good with a wide range of selection. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and courteous. The main tourist sites within the city were only 15 minutes drive away or 12 Ringgit (£2) by taxi. "

"My phone didn’t work in my room and I didn’t have a spare roll of toilet paper. The toilet near the pool needs to be repaired. But the pool is lovely and the bar service was excellent!!"

"On 2nd day morning, the hotel experienced a "water cut", there was no prior notice given by the hotel, this seems ridiculous imagine someone halfway done with their business. We were later on told that the water supply should run "normal" from afternoon onwards, luckily we didn't face any problem as we have completed our basis morning routine before the "surprises came". Blanket came with a stain that I didn't bother to bring up since I only saw it on my last night. Cleanliness is the most...

"An old building with a modern twist. Located within the heart of Alor Setar Chinatown, it has lots of dinning places and within a short walk to the city centre. The only downside(for us) is the loud live band music from the pub nearby(Terrace 48) which will go on till 12-12.30am :) "
