"Had issues with hot water but this was addressed promptly by staff and I was moved rooms. The room move was not the best but it did.The hotel definitely needs cosmetic attention but the staff are very friendly."

"It was a good short visit , the best thing of the hotel is location. I am extremely thankful to one of the staff members ( dont know the name ; but she was cleaning the room and dining area in afternoon), she has such a good heart, guided me, helped with phone charger, told me how to get around the city. Invited me inside to sit down in warmth while waiting for check in as i was early. God bless you always! And thank you. I left the charger point at front desk and a thnk you note, hopefully you...

"The one word for this hotel is “impeccable “. The facilities are great and the food is excellent. None of the usual tepid buffet here! Everything is freshly cooked. Ten out of ten for everything. This is the first time I have ever given such a good review, and they deserve it."

"Excellent service! It felt like meeting new friends. The business is family-owned and operated, adding a warm, personal touch. Their service is extremely awesome with complimentary Ala carte hot breakfast and buffet continental breakfast. We would come back again to visit them and for family stay. Good place to stay

"Really good and efficient hotel, have stayed here a couple of times now. Very easy access to central Edinburgh with roughly 20min journey to City centre by bus, roughly every 19mins daytime, stop across road. Rooms decorated well and to a modern standard, friendly and efficient staff."
