"While the hotel has a great location and lovely breakfast, the check-in experience unfortunately left room for much improvement. Me and my partner were met by a young man in the reception with a bad attitude. I asked when arriving if they had better rooms available and he said yes, I then asked to be upgraded as this is part of the hotel program I'm part of, and free upgrades when larger rooms are available are one of the perks. "Avoid this place. A former motel that’s fallen on hard times, it’s cheap for a reason. I didn’t manage an hour before picking up on the weird vibes, non-customers roaming the corridors and strange noises all around. I am sure this was a decent hotel once upon a time, but has been left to a state of social non-repair now. "

"the facility isn't new, and the hitel need a refreshing. we expected more for money we paid. SPA was full booked, and even if not, it is only 30 min slotts, nit enough to change the close. the only positive with yhis hotel is the location."
