"Good hotel, with parking on 3rd floor of shopping car park, starbucks cafe on reception floor is an added bonus, only two negatives - not being able to lower the heating temperature to below 17 degrees and part of the shower in my room was broken, room service didn't fix but left broken part to the side."

"Once again, I arrived at the hotel to a very pleasant welcome, booking in was swift and easy, got to the room and found it nice and warm and very fresh and clean, no issues whatsoever and what a lovely breakfast, the staff were prepared to go out of their way to help you in any way,,fantastic job guy's keep up the great work,,harry "

"My favourite Rad Group hotel. Stunning rooms, excellent food and service. Can not fault anything. Customer service is excellent, Manorview and Simpsinns could learn a lot from the Rad group with regards to service and room standards. Thank you to all the staff at The Radstone. "

"It was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The property is beautiful as was my room. It was very quiet as well. The hotel is 5 min away from the train station making it very convenient to travel to Glasgow or Edinburg. If I ever find a way to make it back to Scotland, this will be the hotel I stay in."

"Good: ample parking, excellent breakfast, great staff, clean, free WiFi. Other: heating doesn't come on until 1700 so in afternoon in Winter it is cold. Interior door did not close properly. Heated towel rail did not work. Tiles in bathroom replaced with plastic sheet (presumably to allow access to plumbing). Wardrobe did not have a light and contained hangers, an ironing board but no iron."

"Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting a relative in Glasgow. Very convenient just off M74 on the way into Glasgow with great free parking (I could keep an eye on my car from my room) friendly staff nice bar area with some food options or a Toby carvery close by and rooms were clean and nicely furnished with comfy bed and good shower. Good price and a nice buffet breakfast included. Would stay again."

"This hotel is brilliant, staff are great, rooms are nice we was on 3rd floor as they have been recently decorated, they have a live singer on every night! This is not advertised enough round the hotel, we found this on 2nd night the live singers are fab! Will be staying again the grounds around it are stunning too! You get what you pay for and more I loved this hotel "

"We had a lovely room with a nice see view. Only there for one night but enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar & the breakfast was a great start to the day. All the staff in bar, reception & dinning room were friendly & helpful....all with smiles on their faces & happy to chat."
