"Run Away, Run Away, Run Away. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family and when they reached this property, the hotel staff was refusing to allow entry giving the reason that this property has been marked as illegal and they can’t allow anyone to stay. Secondly, i paid for breakfast buffet for 2 days stay and there was no breakfast buffet in hotel. When my family insisted then the hotel staff just gave them few bread pieces in their room. I am surprised why expedia is allowing this hotel...

"The property is not at all up to the mark. Very dirty inside the rooms and outside the corridor too. Don’t go by pictures listed for the property. It’s far away from the condition of the real property. Staff was trying hard to address the issues but the property itself needs major renovation. "This place is dusgusting, hot water, smelly bathrooms, mosquitos, dirty and worn sheets n towels... stained. Staff turn A/C off externally, and power to rooms so if phone on charge... it don't charge. Restaurant staff don't understand toast n jam on menu, and charge extra for butter. My rooms cost me £24 per night 2 rooms single occupancy, so £96 advertised at £12 pernight some places... not worth £12 "Very close to Taj Mahal" was the only positive thing can be said. "
