"It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. "My family had a wonderful vacation stay at the Orchard Greens. The rooms were comfortable and most services were a phone call away. Excellent room service and good housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was well prepared and had enough variety for all family members. Kids loved playing in the kiddie park and lawn upfront. Most Manali locations were easily walkable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and it is perfect for anyone going with kids and grandparents to Manali. "
