"Very new hotel. Room is very clean. Breakfast area is quite spacious. Most staffs especially those at restaurant and reception in the day are good. However, night shift staff at reception needs to be trained up. Encountered a leak at bathroom at night and waited quite long before I get to change room and this is upon my request. Staff actually proposed that it can be fix in 1.5 hours. "

About 25 minutes at hotel conter, my name is not detected by counter incharge, even i showed your email booikng confirmation.. very gratefull after 25 mnt they found my name under expedia.. if not... my room is none no booking n i hv lot lot of trouble 2..The hotel said my booking is room only,, no breakfast.... even i showed booking confirnation... hotel showed me their received order is room only.. 3.The hotel is strategic location for shopping, culiner and losari sight seeing, just walking...

"Good Hotel with great staff. Mr Eddie & Miss Ika and the rest of the staff were most helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was included & had a good choice of foods. Location was good, with many eateries colse by and 500m walk to the nearest Mall. Will stay at Ibis styles again & highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, but with very limited English. The room was clean and the breakfast good and filling. But the room had no window (without any hint during booking) and unfortunately the hotel is very noisy. And the staff didn't manage to ask a few young people to calm down between 2:00 and 4:00 in the morning - sleep was out of the question!"

"If you have a sea view that will be the best part of your room."

"Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level."

"Overall the hotel was good, the front office were great, they speak English really good. breakfast was okay, food was already cold when I got there, bed is comfortable, the housekeeper need to be train more because there’s still dust in the side table of the bed, also below the bed there’s trash such as bottle lid, tissue or plastic bag that I found when I was looking for my slippers. "the room was toooo small...and T/V..too small..no fridge...coffee no spoon..bathroom gets flooded from shower....very silly.b/fast same and cold.no milk for coffee...orange syrip..they cleaned room and left dirty towles on floor...picked them up and found guys undies under the bed..very dissapointing.."
