"Unique boutique hotel with old fashion architecture setup inside. It's only a few minutes away from all the shopping areas. Lottos of things to see was in 10-15 minutes walk. "

But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. Totally unacceptable hospitality to hold such a position! The 2 Deluxe Double rooms that I booked didn’t have any windows. The Aircon didn’t work so it was fixed in situ when I was in the room. "Room was small, but yet spacious enough for two twin beds. Bathroom was clean n updated, altho the lighting can improve as it was a little dark. Was surprised to find bath robes n umbrellas in the closet provided as well as bedroom slippers. Nice jacuzzi on the roof top, and breakfast there too"

"The property has been recently renovated and the bedroom was of a good size and the hotel is within walking distance to the main touristic attractions in Penang. The room in each we stayed was in the left side of the hotel, and at 6.15 am in the morning we would wake up with the prayers at the mosque. Breakfast is continental style - you can order omelettes, scrambled eggs or fried eggs cooked to order, there's tea, coffee and orange juice available, a hot station with Asian style noodles...

"Property is a bit noisy when neighbours are stomping about or dragging chairs, one was till 2am. The apartment goes full depth of the property so good sized rooms, Blockout on the kitchen windows needs improvement as the security lights penetrated all night. Overall a good property and value for money "

"Great place to stay we enjoyed our 5 nights at Ozo. The rooms were clean and pool and view were outstanding. The gym has reasonable gear although its a bit of a fishbowl and gets incredibly hot in the afternoons. "

"Request early check in due to one of the family members was not feeling well. They quickly looked for a room for us to checked in. Appreciate theire understanding and consideration. Surrounding got few restaurants which is walkable from the hotel and the food was nice too especially lemon curry noodle. The room was clean and and bed is nice to sleep.We will book this hotel again in future if we travel Penang again "
