"Overall a great property. The staff was very friendly and all spoke excellent English. The breakfast was above expectations. The only reason I did not rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was because unfortunately there was a cover for the roller blinds that kept us up as it was windy outside and it was not properly fastened. I could not identify what was making the noise until the morning, but notified the front desk of the problem. "

"Pros: Amazing staff. Sara. Loved her. :) The main floor has great bones and could be amazing if maintained. good price. Cons: The rooms. No bueno! They are clean (as clean as they can be with the decades of no maintenance). Rooms need a serious upgrade. But it is cheap and the parking is plenty. 15 min walk to the beach. "

"The entry area of the property is beautiful. The staff is helpful and gracious. The parking is very limited and the driveway area to load and unload is very tight. The rooms are clean, but small. The bathroom has what is needed and is clean, but small and tight. The area surrounding the hotel has great options for food and shopping. The hotel is close to the beach and the area is very walkable."

"Nice and cozy hotel. It looks like the hotel has been there fora long time. It's an old-styled building with charm. The room was nice and clean with a big balcony, although the shower head was a little broken so only the center stream worked and the AC so loud we turned it off. "We stayed in this hotel for one night. The location is simply the best you could hope for in Alassio: right next to the promenade, but not on it, so that you can sleep. The staff were helpful and nice to deal with. No frills, so don't expect any: just a fine and clean room close to all the amenities Alassio can offer."

"Overall, ok stay. Service of the breakfast and dinner can be improved. Personnel could not explain the menus on the card. Breakfast lady has a sharp edge. Restaurant is missing a bit of atmosphere. Also, the soap and shampoo in the bathroom were not renewed. We had to ask for it, even after the room was cleaned. Location and pool are excellent. As well as possibility to reserve beach chairs and umbrella. Would come back if the minor points are taken care of."
