"Good stay in a nice walkable area close to the stadium. The room (for 3 people) was huge. Reception was 24/7 which was a plus as our Vueling flight got delayed 6 hours. The view from the room was of a small interior courtyard. Good value for money"

"The hotel is in an ideal location. Very close to the city centre - with easy access to Turia Gardens -, but on a quiet street with no external noise. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was always someone on hand at reception to answer any queries and help. "Pluses: The hotel was very good overall and I would stay there again. There were excellent amenities nearby and it was very easy to get around. The rooms were very clean. Minuses: The shower leaked a lot in the first room which was a nuisance, but we were very happy with the second room. I gave less stars for the “staff & service” rating solely because the staff member who did our check-in was rather rude and abrupt in manner. Surely, if you are in a customer-facing role, you ought to keep things such as basic politeness in check. Other than that, the staff and service were fine."
