"Here you get a small cheap room with not much nearby. Couldn’t find a beer at night. The small room was clean and the staff were nice. There’s no lift/elevator so if you’re on the 2nd floor or higher it’s just up and down the stairs. No phone in the room so every time you have a question for the front desk you have to go down the 2 or 3 flights of stairs. I was just there 1 night so it wasn’t much of a problem. Not sure what else is available in Lahad Datu."

The night walk was disappointing as we walked very close to our accommodation, so was not really the jungle walk we were expecting.
