"The location of the hotel was far from the city center. It takes between 30 min to an hour, depending on traffic, to get to where the tourists spots are. The hotel itself is a nice place to stay for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The restaurant, which serves good food, is across the road. Closes at 10pm. The pool, the sauna, ice bath are the reasons we stayed here, and it did not disappoint. The only thing that bothered us, being 2 friends sharing the room, is that the bathroom has no privacy...

"When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect. "Love this place!!! Staying in villa across the road but I ran out of electricity. My fault. Not the time to explain. But did need to book a Villa so I could charge my phone. Had a shower there too. Lovely space. Will tell my friends. Either way, lovely reception, loved the place. Didn’t see the pool because I’m in my villa pool now - with power and lights. Amazing. Thank you 5 ⭐️"

"So lets start with few positives: the garden is beautiful and well-kept. The beds are very comfortable. But sadly that’s about it. The rest of experience was unsatisfactory. I could give a benefit of doubt for this property if they would be in first months of operation, but sadly that’s not the case. So let me list the issues encountered: - Rooms were not ready upon check in. We arrived around 15.40 and were asked to wait for about 30 minutes. The staff even was not proactive enough to switch on...

"The rooms are clean and spacious enough - the floor was super slippery in the bedroom but not a major problem for us once aware. The property was very quiet and the garden pools area really nice, perfect to relax. We didn't try the food as we were meeting friends out etc. and the restaurant didn't seem open. "Bloomfield is a small boutique villa / hotel in Umalas that's close to some great cafes and food options and not too far from the hustle and bustle of Bali. The room was spacious and comfortable, minus the soundproofing. While other guests are respectable and mindful with their voices, there was a lot of construction in the area that started early morning everyday of my stay.
