"The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. "

"cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious."

"The staff were friendly and service was prompt. The setbacks were the rate charged which did not correspond to the facilities. I booked a family room and it was not what I expected. Cramped, toilet was dirty, no toiletries provided except for a miserable small bottle of shampoo and body wash. No laundry bags, carpet was slightly damp and smelled musty. The layout of the room is very disappointing. The air cond is placed in the wrong location. And the car park is to be shared with the customers...

"The hotel is clean and situated next to the Mall and Tesco, which is convenient. The room is big and the bed very comfortable. The down side is that the KTV Lounge downstairs play very loud music which can be heard all the way up the upper floors where I was. This is not the fault of the hotel itself, but the consequence of its location being at the periphery of Taiping town and residential areas."
