"The hotel is in a convenient location, safe and not too noisy even though it is by a busy intersection. The rooms are clean. There is a very cute calico cat that greets you at the entrance. They are very generous with their complimentary items. Would stay again"

"Had booked a night of stay at the hotel under hotel.com. however,when reaching the hotel lobby mentioned that the hotel had only has business link up with Agoda instead.and the room I book was not available .and end up has to re-book another room!this was really really bad and causing delay to my personal itinerary.
