"Stayed for 3D2N here. Paid the same published price for the two nights but when it comes to getting complimentary items like coffee sachets, toilet roll, etc guest had to ask in order to get them. Was told housekeeping would only make up room on alternate days, not daily. I think this has to be reconsidered. It is not that guest gets a free stay on the second night. We are still paying but why are we not getting the privilege of what we are paying for? Might as well I check out and check in...

"1) Room AC Not cold enough. 2) Staff asked me to park behind the hotel. That alley looked dangerous. I don’t want to take the chance. So I parked at the public parking, I didn’t display any parking coupon. Maybe I’m lucky because no ticket was issued by any authorities. Most of the staffs there are Indian immigrant workers. No issues with that. They were alright and nice mannered. Totally no issues👌. Rooms are squeaky clean👌. Toilets are very clean totally not any stains. Only thing is there...

"I stayed in this apartment for three nights. The apartment is in an apartment block with residential housing. The neighbours were quite noisy. Getting the keys was convoluted. The apartment was basic and run down. Facilities were very basic. The bed in the main bedroom seemed like a king size and was comfortable but too short for me. The smaller bedroom also had a short single bed. There was bath gel in the bathroom but nothing else."
