"This brilliant hotel rescued me when I was stranded in Reims when the last TGV out of town was cancelled. The staff were utterly brilliant in looking after me. I wasn’t prepared for an overnight stay and they provided all the toiletries that I needed. And an iPhone charger. Because it was late, the bar was no longer serving food, so one of the receptionists helped me find some dinner from the kitchen. All through, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. "Very charming room with a small balcony and good space. In the center of the town and walking to shopping and Main Street was easy. Front desk speaks English so it was nice. Parking is street parking but no problem finding one. Great place. "

"Overnight stop on our way to Burgundy. The location of the hotel is on a business park which as we were there on a Friday night was deserted. The hotel it self was fine but we arrived at 6.30pm and was told that there was no restaurant open at the weekend we were concerned. There is however a retail park with cafe’s and restaurants a 5 minute drive away. This should have been noted on their website."

"A very good stay in the central city district. All amenities are very close. Staff is very friendly and helpful from check-in to answering questions beyond the hotel needs. Hotel comfortable and clean. No cause for complaint. The room modern with a good bed and the bathroom is in a very workable format. We would return here again without concern. A great stay. "
