"Been many times for work and holiday travels through Glasgow and the main reason I keep going back is the staff. There have been issues here and there but nothing the staff can't fix, and eager to do so too. The bathrooms are a bit worn out and needing some attention. Great value for money, definitely recommend."

"Good: ample parking, excellent breakfast, great staff, clean, free WiFi. Other: heating doesn't come on until 1700 so in afternoon in Winter it is cold. Interior door did not close properly. Heated towel rail did not work. Tiles in bathroom replaced with plastic sheet (presumably to allow access to plumbing). Wardrobe did not have a light and contained hangers, an ironing board but no iron."

"An absolutely perfect stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better, and the room was terrific. The beds, blankets, and pillows are vwry comfortable. The water gets HOT on demand, which was so nice for a winter trip. So close to so many great bars and restaurants, including the ones RIGHT next door. I would book this place again, hands down"
