"We were 3 couples all above 56 years old. When we arrived at the hotel there were 3 large group check-in ..but they handed our room keys to us and said they could complete all formalities after the crowd dispersed. This allowed us to rest and do siteseeing peacefully that day. The hotel had an excellent restaurant and a roof top bar which was great in terms of quality and ambience. "Property is new and still under construction. Free breakfast was Good and hygiene. Train restaurant is excellent and kids will have fun. Food quality also good and tasty: Only concern is with rooms ( royal cotages). There are so many mosquitoes around so recommended to carry Odomos. Property is in Gangavati which is 20 kms away from Hampi . So own vehicle is must. Overall we had a very good time with family here and recommend to others as well. "

"The booking made through expedia was not honoured by the hotel. I reached the hotel at 10 pm after a long drive from Bangalore, only to be confronted by a extremely rude receptionist who could only say 'No Rooms"!!. This is despite having a confirmed booking and having paid for it. It was most unprofessional attitude and unhelpful as they did not give a reason for not having rooms or availability in nearby hotels. "

"Perfect place to unwind after tiring days exploring Hampi - a more comfortable stay than other options available at ‘Hippie Village’ bonus that the night bus service back to go is literally outside the hotel - however didn’t appreciate the unrequested 6.30 wake up call on day 1 - other than that a very pleasant stay."

"Overall disappointed. Booked a room thru Expedia with two double beds but what we got was one with one double bed and extra mattress. Not clean, plastic glass, no toilet rolls, ok service, no restaurant, many things not working and were not attended to in spite of reminders. The only saving grace was that this place was in the heart of Hospete town with many options around for dining. "
