"Just an overnight stop on route to Poland and Lithuania !! Hotel was good just one issue there was no water to shower or wash in the morning in the whole of hotel , the maintenance was working on the issue was told at reception it was due to drought, but no reduction was offered or free breakfast given to compensate!!"

"I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the venue in which I was there to attend. I was pleasantly surprised by Victor who was very helpful. As for the room, I am used to a much bigger space, but I know German hotels are typically much more conservative, so it was what I expected. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot! It would have been nice to have an extra towel (people with long hair need 2 towels), but it was not a big deal. The breakfast was great!...

"Communication at heck in was difficult. It was very hot and no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open, lots of people smoking outside and mosquitos got in the room, all around very unpleasant. Sheets and pillows had seen better days. Furniture and carpeting was d and worn."

"Staff lacking friendliness. Balcony to be shared with neighbour without notification or any kind of separation outside. Was locked out of my room once late in the evening after key card had not been re- activated after I previously made sure my extension had been recognised at reception twice ( sincerity received no confirmation email). "This place is interesting. It is not like a typical hotel. They have staff thru normal business hours but shut down after 9pm. The hallways go dark & you feel as tho you are in an abandoned apartment building. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were not. Shower is small. Bathroom is small & tight. The room is small. "

"The hotel is in the middle of a forest we booked it because it said there was a good restaurant. No! It was closed. According to them due to a party but there was no one else there. We asked if they could recommend a restaurant - after repeated request they suggested one. They should not take bookings if the restaurant is closed. There is nothing near by. I saw another guest had the same experience - so is the restaurant ever open??? Or just in the announcement to get guests? "
