"Rude welcome during check-in, unreasonable documents requested (not required in any other hotels or by governmental policies). Thin walls, the discussions that started 5 am in the morning in the room next door, we very loud. No proper Western breakfast, coffee was bad. - The hotel was brand-new, so all was nice in good conditions, still .... all-in-all was the team not trained, lost, unfriendly; it looks pretty much like a management problem. "

"This is not a 3 star hotel. It’s not even one star. They hotel promises 24/7 airport shuttle service. It turn out that’s for pick up only. The earliest drop off is around 6am and the bus actually arrived around 6:40 am. The room is dirty, insufficient lighting, worn out carpet. It’s worse than a motel. This hotel should be removed from your listing. I feel being deceived into reserving this hotel. I would walk out the hotel if I didn’t pay in advance and it’s too late to find another hotel...
