"Great location, nice lobby and nice room overlooking the Plaza Major. The two complaints I have concern the hair dryer in the bathroom, which stoped working every 30 seconds or so (so it took me over 30 minutes to dry my hair) and no extra blanked or duvet for the bed (we were there in January and it was cold)."

"I stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was awesome. Right by the hotel, and your little patio sits above the central plaza. The place had everything I needed, like laundry, dishes, big fridge, etc. The bedoom is a few stairs below the main living area and I slept great. It was away from any noise. It was pretty big too and felt like I could have stayed for a month. Staff were really nice. I didn't need room service but the chambermaid was really helpful and took my recycle and politely...

"Liked cleanliness of apartment- everything worked fine. Excellent location for walking into Plaza Major and Old City. Food options very close too. Were able to find street parking although this required some searching around the area. Some details in the listing need updating , regarding what the property offers. "
