"The front desk at the Yati is excellent, friendly and always are there to assist you. Ellis, Ekko, Lilly, Tracy are amazing. I spent so much time at the bar Andy and Joy became friends, Carter is a great manager at the bar. BUT, it would be awesome if there could be a Yati Happy Hour at the bar! Audrey the front desk manager has a great team. I hope the management realizes that the 5 star rating they get is because of the workers they have at the front desk. "

"The hotel in an alley accessible through Ningbo street, about 2 minutes from the East Nanjing metro su way exit 6 (Line2 and 10). Felt safe as it was in the same alley of Waitin police station (i think). Easy walk to the Bund and Nanjing East shopping street. We found the hotel clean, AC air smelled clean. Happy that they provided drinking water in the rooms and basic toiletries. "
