"Good option if you’re looking to save some $. The staff is nice especially the front desk lady Ms Zakia, she was helpful throughout our stay. The equipment in the hotel could however use some upgrade for the fees they're charging. The wifi wasn't available in our room if you need to use it you had to go at the pool which is kinda backward."

"Arrived to find that the booked room (double) was not available, though it was offered the following day, and also impolite unreasonable pressure put on me to vacate my room well before the contracted check out time because "someone else wants the room". Basic accommodation. Premium bedding??? Okay for a short stay, but expensive for what it is and I found better value elsewhere."

"We spent three nights at this hotel and experienced both positives and areas for improvement. On the downside, our room felt quite dated and was only cleaned twice during our stay. We encountered a few issues that detracted from our overall comfort. The air conditioning was broken, and we were unable to open the balcony in the evenings because several stray cats (around five or six) roamed the area and would eagerly enter the room. "The crew and especially Karim were very welcoming and responded to all our requests in a timely fashion. The location is close to the beach and to the touristy areas yet isolated enough to enjoy a certain calmness in the area. The only issue we had was the internet connection inside the room, which technicians were working on fixing while we were there."

"Terrible service. In the first night we had sewage problem in our washroom. We moved to a second room but we had a problem with water. No cold water due to clogging in the pipes and hot water was dirty and very yellowish. The hotel didn’t compensate or accommodate us at all…Breakfast was ok."

Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia .
