"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . "Charming little house that you can never imagine houses as many rooms as it does. Our room was on the top floor and accessible by elevator (thank god), since stairs were steep and narrow. It was spacious, bright and clean with modern amenities. A couple of quirks I will mention as warning for others. The hotel closes at 9 pm and if you arrive later you will find the doors locked and lights off. We finally figured out the emergency line for the hotel and called them, but we did have about 30...

"Generally the hotel was spotless, the staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast excellent. Only 3 downsides. Firstly, the room was very small and the shower room so tiny you could scarcely turn round. Secondly, the hotel is a fair hike from Villers centre. "Lovely room on the 4th floor. Nicely decorated & it made the most of the small space. Only issue was that it involved a few stairs which wouldn't be great if you had a lot of luggage. Also the room key was on a large huge & heav keyring so I took it off. Breakfast was good but the restaurant was mainly fish so I didn't eat there. "
