"Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them"

"Great location close to excellent places to eat. Very close to the beach The photos on Expedia are a little deceiving and appears to be heavily photo shopped. Especially the one of the front. Air condition was effective but noisy. The windows didn’t shut properly which resulted in mosquitos getting in. This may have just been our room. Staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. For the price we can’t complain. "

"LeCandles Resort: The location of the resort is quite good; Calicut city is just around 20 kms away, and we can plan to visit many places there, keeping the resort as the central location.
