"Loved the breakfast, really great options, above and beyond. Staff courteous and helpful without being overly warm and welcoming. The hot tub/spa is 25 euros per person for 2 hours, honestly this is way too expensive and not clear on hotel listing. The room was spacious with a good view and amenities, loved the little coffee machine.The area itself is very lively with lots to see and do within an easy walk of the hotel."

"We stayed 7 nights in hotel Express. So far hotel is clean , well maintained, rooms big enough, bed comfortable , bathroom clean . WiFi didn’t work well most of times unfortunately, not sure what the issue but will recommend to fix it . Staff if pleasant, professional and helpful, breakfast was ok . Across the street huge supermarket, done dining , in general this is nice hotel , recommend. "

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Kind, welcoming, cheerful. Our room is good. Bed is comfortable. Sheets and bedding, while good, are getting a little old. Same for the bathroom. The area is peaceful and quiet. The restaurant downstairs, unrelated to the hotel, is a surprisingly great find. Top-notch stone oven pizzas and seafood full of locals."

"Where to begin!? Schwarzsee Hotel is amazing for skiers who travel across the continents with the mentality to enjoy the outdoors. This hotel is very convenient as it is a ski-in-and-out hotel. With the most amazing views of the Matterhorn and part of the Swiss Alps just out your window. The gondola is one minute walk and to embark further up in the mountains and all the way to Cervinia ski resort which lands in Italy!! The staff at the hotel are polite and helpful, the food is beyond delicious....

"The garage is great especially on a snowy winter day. but the check in process was a big issue. We came around 7pm, which is within the timeline specified on Expedia. however, no one was there.. we tried to call and message, no response for 30mins. It was a snowy day and its dark and we haven't eaten. So we went to the only restaurant open in town to grab a bite while contacting Expedia for a solution. Expedia finally get in touch with the owner, however, we were demanded to go back to check...

"The best! Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Perfectly located for hiking, skiing, biking, etc. Stay was very friendly, food was outstanding and our room was beautiful. The views from bed are unmatched. A stay. "

"Where to begin!? Schwarzsee Hotel is amazing for skiers who travel across the continents with the mentality to enjoy the outdoors. This hotel is very convenient as it is a ski-in-and-out hotel. The staff at the hotel are polite and helpful, the food is beyond delicious. Enjoyed every meal for 4 consecutive days. Your stay includes breakfast and dinner. The dormitories are a bit stretchy and the mattresses hard spring coils. But if you are here to ski the alps, this is just a minor thing that you can overlook. I would definitely comeback!! "
