"the room I stayed in was of standard dimensions.There were noticeable holes in the walls due to changes in racks and fixtures. While the bed was comfortable, it was equipped with wheels, resulting in a disconcerting sensation as any movement caused the entire bed to shift. "La camera era pulitissima e sopratutto molto comoda, un punto in più per la doccia che di solito non te l’aspetti così grande. Lo staff simpaticissimo, ti fanno sentire completamente a tuo agio e sono completamente a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di problema. "I booked a Tuesday night through this site. It failed to mention that the hotel is closed on Tuesdays. Just a receptionist. At least there was breakfast, which i had doubts about. I also got to see the rest of the hotel just before leaving. Fantastic location, clean, modern hotel. Just don't stay Tuesdays."

"Hotel splendido, in comoda posizione a 200m dal lago e a 200m dall'inizio della ciclabile che in pochi minuti si collega alla più rinomata ciclopista della Valsugana. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, la camera è profumata, pulita e in ordine, in più l'arredamento è molto curato. Ottimo il deposito bici, qui siete i benvenuti. Ottimo il bar, per chi arriva in bici o alla sera dopo cena è una bellissima oasi rilassante. Non per ultimo, ottima la spa, con sauna e idromassaggio all'aperto."

"Great views over the valley and good facilities - with a few small tweaks it's be perfect: like a better internet connection (very slow in where we stayed) or an annoying ski box arrangement (you have to pick up a key in the reception every time)"
