"we had 2 of us and requested the 2 room with terrace, lovely set up. We were on the 7th floor and they have a lift but it's teeny weeny! they were helpful to bring our bags up since you do have to go up a flight to the lift and then from the top, up another flight to the 7th floor. My only issue there was that they had a shelf in the shower that wasn't screwed in, it fell and broke and cut my leg a little (nothing major but blood everywhere), i told them when i left but they didn't care too...

"The hotel is very well located close to Piata Romana and Calea Victoriei. Although it's in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the hotel is quiet and safe. This was despite some very noisy guests who kept slamming doors at all times. It's very well connected to public transport and just 8 miles from Henri Coanda airport. I'm giving it 4 stars because the economy room is pretty dark with only a small window opening to a well, and it would benefit of little maintenance. I've got no complaints...

"The property was nice and centrally located. Old Town was moments away as well as parks. The room was clean and they set up the expectation that you get room service every 3 days. In the standard room with a balcony there is a kitchenette that does not include a sink but the bathroom is directly off of the kitchenette making it easy to do dishes with the supplied soap and sponge. We only used the pool once during our stay as we had excursions planned but it was kept clean and there were plenty...
