"This hotel is historic and has cool details, and is located very close to the old town square. The bathroom was clean, the breakfast buffet was ample, the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a bonus for me, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you forget to reserve parking at the hotel in advance, there's a Regina Maria parking garage 10 mins walk away. My only negative was that the bed wasn't the most plush...it was just a thin mattress. But I was exhausted and slept fine regardless. "

"Perfectly located in the centre of the old town, with a great breakfast. Lacked a bar on site, but plenty of options nearby. Only negative was that the room was so hot, and there didn't seem to be any way of controlling it. My room looked out on to an inner courtyard so not a lot of natural light coming in. The front facing options perhaps better in this regard. Overall i would recommend."

"Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. Except kitchen, commute was very good, carrefour xpress and restaurants are 2-5mins walk and central/old city, Tampa telecabina/mountain areas and property owner...

"I actually arrived a day before I had booked my reservation and Eszter was kind and helpful and got me in a day early! There was a private balcony that overlooks the Black Cathedral that I had all to myself and enjoyed a cup of hot tea complimentary included with the room. Very good location and multiple breakfast options from two easy to get to locations. I ate at the restaurant directly below my room which has vegetarian options too. We got a room for 1 day, the room's AC did not work, eventually the room got very hot and uncomfortable; we had to sit with the door open because the hallway was cooler than our room. When we let the staff know about the AC, they told us "well, it isnt hot outside", did not switch us rooms or even offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
