"We had a great time at Sure Stay by Best Western. All the staff was very curteous, humble and polite. Rooms were well kept and bedding was very cozy and comfortable. "The hotel was fine and well equipped but cold. The restaurant was cold too so we only ate there once. Once we asked we were given a fan heater and the staff were helpful and friendly.Overall the location of the hotel isn’t great, it’s between a very busy main road and the railway sidings so there was a constant noise of trains moving and hooting all night. The room and bed were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Nothing really wrong except the location "

"overall it was just an OK stay. Can’t say that it was bad because you get what you pay for. But there’s definitely much better options around for the same price. Also i think properties should share more photos of the surrounding area and be more detailed about the facilities and amenities. "
