"The location is very convenient in the new town, acess is very easy from airport, no traffic jams. The breakfast buffet has wide spread and quality was good, the overall cleanliness and service was good and satisfactory. Suggestion 1. "Very clean, comfortable and noise free room. Check in was quick, staff friendly and helpful. Room service good and quick. One prep was too spicy but gave us free ice cream to make up for it. Check out quick. Overall would definitely recommend!"

"I have to give them 5* just for the location and the great staff. From reception to housekeeping and security, everybody is very friendly and trying their best. The property itself is tired. No lobby or lounge as such, no elevator. I saw some elderly people struggle on the stairs. Their traditional suites are larger rooms with a small couch. The heritage is there but I would rate the property an average 2* and it is overpriced."

"It’s a 3-star near CCU airport in a densely crowded city like Kolkata, may be great by local standards but rating based on ratings standards. Stayed/slept for 4 hours - late arrival and early flight. Good value stay, didn’t feel unsafe. "
