"4th floor rooms have been modernized. Great Breakfast. Old town Udine is about a 10 minute walk away. Train station nearby but never heard any noise. There's a nominal fee for parking in an interior courtyard lot."

"My second time staying here in 2 years. As its a ideal location while in Udine for busy . The city center is just a 15 minute short walk in to the heart of this place with great dinning and places to drink. I am already looking at booking again for later this year."

"Easy to reach and mins walk to center. Bfst a bit simple but acceptable. Restaurant not open for dinner but ok to walk around into center where lots options available.... In general a pleasant stay and staff are friendly."

"Unloaded from our cruise at 9am but check in isn't until 1 pm. Manager allowed us to drop off our luggage and go exploring, plus got the room ready early so we didnt have to wait 4 hours! We didn’t know that most stores are shut on Mondays, so ran out of things to do after 2 hours 🙄"

"Frühstücksauswahl überschaubar, Kaffee hervorragend, Service zuvorkommend, Hotel ist jetzt auch während der Vorsaison geöffnet (wir waren Mitte März, bei 10-15 Grad) es hat im Bad leider KEINE zusätzliche Heizung, es war recht kühl im Zimmer, trotz Heizung über die Klimaanlage."

"Check in times listed are not correct, which would not be a problem unless your train was delayed which ours was. Office closes early at 7. The employees are wonderful. The bar and patio area are great. If you have kids, it’s a great place to stay. Close to the beach, shops, and food. There are plenty of things to keep your kids occupied. The owners are wonderful and easy to talk to. "

"Scheint als wäre es ein Familienbetrieb. Sehr nett und sehr gastfreundlich. Das Standard-Zimmer war klein aber fein und dazu auch sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls toll gewesen. Täglich kam was Neues dazu und frisch gepresste Säfte wurden immer wieder nachgefüllt. Würde ich wieder besuchen!"
